Trust me when I say you will NEVER find a better host than Debra!!! We were in town for an athletic event which ended in a hospital stay for one of our family members requiring us to extend our visit. Debra went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of...she was so supportive and compassionate. Absolutely unbelievable!!!! The Perch is an amazing house...well stocked with necessities for visitors, had everything we required...we loved having the outside space and the game area in the garage. Great neighborhood, super clean, super convenient...Debra has thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Although our stay was filled with worry and stress, it was so great to come home to The Perch (we all began referring to it as home)! Thank you Debra...we appreciate you more than you will ever know!!!

This house was a good fit for our family gathering together for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was as we expected when we arrived...love the key code lock. This was very helpful when all the adults were coming and going. Of course, the rainy weather kept us mostly inside. We would love to visit sometime when we can enjoy the outdoors. My family had a wonderful stay at this home and loved that we were able to bring our 2 small dogs. The home felt spacious (we had 5 adults, 2 children) and it had everything we needed. My daughters loved the ping pong table and I loved the beautiful, big backyard. The owners are fantastic and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our two weeks at the Peaceful Perch. Debra was a great communicator and the check-in and check-out was extremely easy. All four bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We loved the ping pong table and dart board. He backyard was lovely. The lrage living room was outfitted with games, television, and plenty of seating. The home was quiet. It was a perfect stop for us while we waited for our new home to be ready. Convenient to the heart of The Woodlands.

The title sums it up. Jimmy Buffett’s never stayed at your locations and the experience is always the same “incredible”! The Eagles Nest gave us an incredible experience with a multitude of family celebrating my Mom’s Memory in a family crab feast event! This year the experience was sharing the Peaceful Perch with a couple celebrating their 15th Wedding Anniversary (who’d never seen Jimmy Buffett in concert! The birds cooperated and the flower Gardens were beautiful. We knew this couple was meant to join us when we found out their anniversary date was identical to the security code!

Had a great stay here for 2 months. Owner was over the top helpful and available for information and assistance. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Loved it!
